DeoxIT® range of Greases is used in the most demanding applications. Manufactured in semi-solid form for use as a combination cleaning, deoxidizing, protecting and lubricating preparation. These products contain a synthetic base oil in a lithium complex thickener system. Greases protect against oxidation (galvanic corrosion) and are free of mineral acids, sulphurs, alkalis and other noxious components aggressive to metals. DeoxIT® Greases improve performance of electrical contacts and mechanical components that require precise lubrication.

DeoxIT® L260D & SM22D
DeoxIT® L260D and SM22D Greases contain DeoxIT® Dx100L infused into the formulation. It provides an additional film on the metal surface to lift off corrosion, improve conductivity and provide a moveable/flexible protective barrier. While the grease is lubricating, the Dx100L is slowly lifting off oxidation and corrosion without harm to metals and plastics. The addition of the Dx100L is important, when and if the grease is disturbed and separates from the metal surface. When the grease is first applied, the infused DeoxIT® Dx100L transfers to the metal and coats the entire surface; sealing and protecting the metal even if the grease is separated from the surface (vibration or mechanical movement). A truly unique formulation that no other greases have it!
DeoxIT® L27-MM & LM27-ME
Deoxit Marine Grease For Electrical & Mechanical
Marine greases currently do a good job lubricating and protecting mechanical devices and equipment. However, they do not address a common issue that affects all metals, . . . . . . existing oxidation/corrosion on the surfaces.
CAIG’s DeoxIT® L27 Greases do a great job lubrication and protecting metal surfaces, they also contain special additives which remove and displace most surface oxidation and corrosion on metals.

When the grease is first applied, the infused DeoxIT® Dx100L transfers to the metal and coats the entire surface; sealing and protecting the metal even if the grease is separated from the surface (vibration or mechanical movement). No other grease does this!

DeoxIT® D-Series
DeoxIT® D-Series contact cleaner dissolves oxides and sulfides that form on metal surfaces. This restores the contact’s integrity and leaves a thin microscopic layer that protects the metal. Special additives improve conductivity and prevent dissolved oxides from re-attaching, keeping them in suspension and allowing them to be easily dispersed by the mechanical action of the contact.
